Temp rate $35 – $38/hr + Super

Location – iconic Australian venue

Temp with view to permanent!

Have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for admin, organisation, accuracy, and meeting deadlines? Our client is looking for someone to join for an immediate start on a temporary basis urgently, with a view to permanency!

Working from an iconic Australian venue, your responsibilities include:

· Provide high-level administrative support to Managers

· Answer inbound phone calls and be the first point of contact for all queries

· Provide clients with high-level service through a consistent point of contact in the office

· Assist with allocating work orders/purchase orders/invoicing

· Prepare all documentation associated with projects, and other administrative duties

· Assist with reporting as requested

Ideally, you will have:

· Experience working within the building services industry

· High level administrative support experience

· Intermediate to advanced MS Office, Pronto Xi (highly desired)
