Temporary Corporate Receptionist – must be available to start 20th March 2023!

$42/hr + Super, 4 weeks requirement

Sydney CBD – based on-site

This global organisation is looking for an outstanding Corporate Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis for 4 weeks, you must be available to start on the 20th March 2023 and be the first-point-of-contact and represent this organisation based in their modern office in Sydney CBD.

Your responsibilities include:

· Overseeing the reception area, office facilities, and deliveries

· Meet and greet clients, visitors, and guests

· Answer all incoming calls

· Coordinating meetings and functions

· Provide administrative support to the wider team as required

A little about you:

· Experience working as a Corporate Receptionist

· Experience working with a global company (highly regarded)

· Immaculate corporate presentation

· Strong administration skills and exceptional customer service abilities

· Intermediate to advanced MS Office

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Strong attention to detail
