Salt Search is partnering with a market leader in SAAS software, and is expanding its enterprise investments and seeks a dynamic L&D Partner for a position based in Sydney. Reporting to the Global Head of L&D (Sales Enablement), this role offers ample opportunities to deliver value and grow within our esteemed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance and Reporting (30%): Assessing training quality to drive business improvement practices.
  • Performance Improvement Practices (30%): Scoping and planning projects through gap analysis and internal data.
  • New Hire Training and Observation (10%): Ensuring effective onboarding and delivery of foundational training materials.
  • Content Creation (10%): Collaborating with creation teams and coordinating needs analysis for regional requirements.
  • Business Task Management (20%): Running operational tasks to support seamless L&D operations.
  • Other Ad Hoc Duties as Required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in L&D, preferably in Sales Enablement.
  • Strategic thinker with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Passion for the role and the industry.

Additional Details: This is a 12-18 month contract position with flexibility for remote work in Sydney, with occasional office visits required for connectivity. Despite the contract nature, we offer payment for Public Holidays and other company close-down days.
