A large retail brand has an opening for a HR Advisor Business Partner for their retail division.
We are looking for an individual who has got at least 5 years experience HR generalist experience who enjoys working as the go to person for all employees, able to be hands on and operational.
Reporting to the P&C Manager, and working closely & partnering with Senior Operations Manager, Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist you will be embraced with your skillset and strong stakeholder engagement.
You will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related matters nationally for you division and support colleagues for now.
Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –
· Support Operations Manager with all operational requirements that relate to HR
· Strong focus on HR advisory & support to staff with all types of matters
· Ensure best practice & compliance are adhered to at all times with policies and procedures
· Support Talent Acquisition attracting candidates for growth,
· Manage onboarding process, L&D
· Be involved with Annual Performance Management
Some of the key criteria for this role are: –
· HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role
· Enjoy a diverse role and self-starter.
· Passion for Talent Acquisition, HR operations & L&D & development of People
· Solid understanding of best practice with Australia legislation
· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders

Salary guidelines are $100 -$120K + super . Also a completion bonus is offered on completion of 6 months and 12 months of contact.
