National Property Manager – Commercial Leasing

A well-established Australian brand and leading digital company created a new role for an experienced Commercial Property Manager & we are open to applications anywhere in Australia.

As a leading & iconic Australian company & growth of the company, they have created a new position in their property division. Reporting to the Property Director, you will manager a small specialist team in this division. As an experienced Commercial Property Manager with strong commercial leasing background, you will thrive on being able to offer your internal stakeholders the best value for their property leasing & be the trusted advisor for commercial solutions & provide insights into future retail property market.

You will be leading projects across the nation for growth / and commercial contract renewals (30+) and have access to great tools & internal support.

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

· Worked as a commercial property manager for a large property & facility management organisation or directly with company that own or lease massive amount of property or assets with over 10 years+ experience (ideal)

· Passion to add value with everything you do, take ownership and self driven

· Lead your team, mentor guide, and develop talent

· Manage legal compliance of lease

· Establish and maintain working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the operations of the properties

· Enjoy a diverse role and able to contribute being hands on and development of strategy.

· Solid understanding of best practice with Commercial Leasing

· Great negotiation skills

· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholder management skills

· Agile mindset
