The Opportunity – Office Manager (Accounts Expert), Building Services
A newly created role based in Sydney North Sydney (free car parking) full-time, you will be responsible and be accountable for administering the day-to-day accounts (cloud-based accounting), admin duties of the business, and be part of a growing business & great team inclusive and down to earth team.

About this company/ Role

This client has started from humble beginnings and have evolved through referrals & providing innovative building services (Construction Industry) & now they are ready to go on their next journey of growth and want to partner with an experienced Office Manager- all-rounder including accounts.

This role is busy with responsibilities growing and potential earnings. There is plenty to do so you will not be bored!

What you will be doing:

  • Responsible for administering all the accounts – accounts payable/receivable.
  • Prepare correspondence for the Directors occasionally.
  • Some Diary management as well
  • Coordinating timesheets and then ensuring that the staff are paid on time.
  • Liaising with staff around time expensive and payroll and expense matters etc
  • Organising social & business events outside of Covid.
  • Ensure compliance is completed through the various portals for clients.
  • Providing exceptional internal and external customer service. You are part of an inclusive team, and you will be relied upon for operational requirements sometimes.
  • Ad hoc duties where required.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience Office Manager with solid Accounts & admin experience
  • Self-starter who is high attention to detail.
  • Must have maturity and experience within Construction Industry.
  • Worked with compliance within the building industries across.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Maturity to run all facets of the office, this role will grow responsibilities in the future with further.
  • Ability to work autonomously & team collaborator.
  • A person who values long term relationships and are customer centric.
  • High values with work practices and engagement of people.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Genuine, friendly, honest, and loyal.
