About the role:

Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of regional and agribusiness banking? Our Regional & Agribusiness team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Relationship Associate (RA) to join the team in Moree. As an RA, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers and Relationship Managers. This allows our Bankers to focus on building and deepening customer relationships while you ensure seamless servicing and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities that will keep you engaged:

• Empower Bankers by providing efficient support in customer servicing and maximizing the utilization of our value chain.
• Be the primary point of contact for customer servicing inquiries, driving the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for our portfolios.
• Take ownership of case managing service tasks, ensuring smooth progress of customer requests and inquiries through our value chain, leading to exceptional customer outcomes.
• Champion the adoption of our digital channels by educating customers on self-servicing options and supporting their seamless transition.
• Drive the Centre of Excellence model for onboarding new customers and ensure compliance with KYC requirements, ensuring top-notch quality and speedy turnaround times.
• Collaborate closely with specialists and bankers to cater to the specialized needs of our valued customers.

Are you a relationship builder with a deep understanding of business banking and a strong connection to regional communities? Your previous support roles have nurtured your ability to cultivate lasting relationships. With your knowledge of KYC onboarding compliance requirements and digital platforms, you will thrive in this role.
