What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage a portfolio of small business clients, delivering tailored banking solutions

Build strong networks with stakeholders and referral partners to grow your client base

Conduct credit assessments and guide customers through the lending process

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service

What You’ll Bring:

2-4 years’ experience in business banking or commercial lending

Strong understanding of credit processes and financial analysis

A genuine passion for customer success and community impact

Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field (preferred)
