Valuer

A great opportunity for a Certified Valuer to join our Parramatta team, supporting a large Government Department.

You will be:

• Certified Practicing Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market
• A passion for property and actively share local property knowledge

Your day to day:

• Quality review reports that maintain high standards of information and integrity for the range of services provided by Valuation Services.
• Make or quality assure complex, difficult, or politically sensitive valuations as directed and/or supervised by the Manager, Valuations in accordance with legislation, delegations, policies, and procedures.
• Examine and report on the quality of work performed by valuation contractors and peer review the work of other valuation staff to ensure that valuations made are of the highest quality and comply with policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Confirm the provision of valuation advice and information to a range of Valuation Services’ customers and stakeholders is accurate, transparent, and to a high quality
• Support other Valuations team members to ensure the efficient, accurate, and timely completion of work in accordance with SLA targets.

This role requires a Practicing Valuer and at least an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (or equivalent).
