HRBP NSW

A large & well-known global company (facility management company) has an opening for a HR Business Partner for their NSW business based at Silverwater.

We are looking for an individual who has got at least 5 years’ experience HR/IR generalist experience & great understanding of Australian business practices & ER matters. This is a great company and team in Australia.

As the HRBP, you will be reporting to the Director of HR. You will be supported by a larger team in Melbourne, NZ and Brisbane.

You will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related matters relation to EBA & projects.

Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –

· Support HRBP & Head of HR with all operational requirements that relate to HR

· Strong focus on HR advisory & support to staff with all types of matters

· Ensure best practice & compliance are adhered to at all times with policies and procedures

· Support Talent Acquisition attracting candidates for growth

· Able to interpret awards and EBAs

· Be involved with Annual Performance Management

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

· HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role

· Enjoy a diverse role and self-starter.

· Passion for HR operations, ER & Compliance

· Solid understanding of best practice with Australia legislation

· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
