About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving channel marketing strategies and initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing plans to support our partner ecosystem and drive revenue growth. This role is a 12 month contract commencing in July 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Development: Collaborate with Channel Account Managers and Sales Leadership to create and implement channel marketing strategies aligned with business goals and partner strengths.
  • Marketing Program Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate demand, improve retention, increase brand awareness, and support partner-driven sales.
  • Content Creation: Work with global teams to develop tailored marketing content for channel partners and provide feedback on APAC’s partner marketing needs.
  • Channel Communication: Build and maintain marketing relationships with channel partners, providing regular updates and support for alignment and effectiveness.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate and optimize programs and campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage regional channel marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve desired outcomes and oversee channel marketing funding.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and partner activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership: Lead an APAC channel marketing specialist, providing direction and support for administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in marketing analytics tools and channel payment platforms.
  • Collaborative team player with a results-driven attitude and a passion for innovation.
