Communications Manager – Drive Engagement & Brand Narrative

Are you a strategic and creative communications professional with a passion for crafting impactful narratives? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can flex between strategy and hands-on execution? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a talented Communications Manager who will report into the Head of Communications and play a pivotal role in shaping internal communications strategy while also contributing to broader external communication initiatives, including events, thought leadership, and campaigns.

This is an exciting opportunity to:

  • Own and manage the end-to-end internal communications program.
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels including C-suite executives
  • Craft compelling narratives, messaging, and materials
  • Translate complex business information into engaging content.
  • Develop assets (talking points, speeches, etc.) for AU leadership teams.
  • Lead internal Digital Ambassador program and provide training to the wider marketing team.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments and markets.
  • Implement measurable communications programs, glean insights, and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end internal communications campaigns or programs for a brand or business.
  • Background working in integrated communications with a strategic approach that delivers consistent and unified messaging across all communication channels
  • Solid understanding of internal communications measurements of success.
  • Experience working with brand marketing, social media, customer success, and product teams.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business goals, metrics, and financial data into a powerful narrative.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to seamlessly transition between strategic planning and detailed execution.
  • Data-driven and innovative mindset, with a passion for testing new ideas and improving impact.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, integrity, and presence, enabling you to build effective relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the internal communications program of work along with other external communications initiatives.
  • Craft compelling narratives, messaging and materials for employees internally also to be used for brand building externally.
  • Translate stories into compelling content that engages employees.
  • Foster and develop relationship with key internal leaders across influencer, PR, social teams.
  • Build measurability into communications programs, glean insights and continuously improve efficiency and impact of investments.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with marketing segment leads and key individuals across customer success, and product departments
