Demand Generation Email Specialist

Email Demand Generation Specialist – 12month contract within a large, global software organisation. This platform is used and loved by many marketers, creatives, and businesses around the world – a rare opportunity to join them!

The Opportunity: Are you someone who has a passion for using the email channel to drive business results as you develop, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using their marketing automation platform, Marketo?

This 12-month contract role requires a flexible and collaborative teammate who works well in groups where tasks are often shared. You’ll build out campaigns using segmentation, creative assets, and copy in support of their demand generation programs. You will have excellent project management skills & be the conduit between the campaign team, the creative team, and their email marketing agencies – you’ll be the driver of email governance, best practice and segmentation.

What You’ll Do:

* Partner with the campaign and content marketing teams to build, execute, launch and measure the performance of marketing automation programs and optimization projects in Marketo.

* Execute campaigns end-to-end that make an impact at different stages of the sales cycle to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, closed business, and retention.

* Drive email execution to ensure maximum prospect and customer engagement via progressive profiling strategies and landing page optimization.

* Analyse, communicate and present results of marketing campaigns and programs.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field.

* 2+ years B2B marketing with proven account-based or enterprise demand gen or email automation marketing experience.

* Experience with marketing automation tools – either Marketo, Eloqua or of similar capacity.

* Intermediate to advanced personalisation and email marketing experience, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly.

Up to $465/day + Super (Circa $120-$130K)
