Digital Channel Analytics Specialist

Melbourne Contract / 12 AU$800 - AU$1000 per day

To Support the technical implementation, consulting, governance, architecture and maintenance of the Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions (Marketing Cloud), Tag Management and Digital Marketing Infrastructure. The role is in place to provide specialist subject matter expertise in Digital Marketing Technology Solutions to set up, maintain and enhance Digital Marketing and Analytics.

The role is responsible for the execution and delivery of the channel Analytics strategy (specifically Digital Analytics) and will contribute to the strategic direction of the Enterprise Digital Strategy namely the Web Experience Management, Marketing Cloud and Analytics Cloud solutions:

– Adobe Experience Manager

– Adobe Marketing Cloud (including Mobiles services and core services.)

– Adobe Analytics

– Adobe Target

– Adobe Campaign

– Adobe Audience Manager

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing rollout of enterprise digital measurement by working with projects and stakeholders to identify business, technical, analytical and reporting requirements.
  • Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements that drive the metrics architecture for enterprise implementations (including Mobile Applications, Web Applications and Websites).
  • Embed and sustain an insight/data-driven approach to optimizing the business.
  • Develop, maintain and deploy Adobe Analytics Cloud (Analytics & Audience Manager) and Marketing Cloud (Target, Core Services) technology to execute Digital analytics strategies.
  • Coach and develop programmers across the enterprise in instrumenting Adobe/Measurement technology into the Digital Platforms and the breadth of programming languages
  • Collaborate with technical development/ technology teams for the implementation of big data capture techniques.
  • Validate and debug implementation escalations/defects and follow up until issues are resolved.
  • Stay up to date with Omniture/Analytics/Target/Audience Manager/Experience Cloud/Experience Manager best practices and Industry research
  • Support the Product Manager to define the digital analytics roadmap
  • Help the Product Manager ensure other domain requirements are captured in the digital analytics roadmap
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Stand Ups, Backlog Refinement and Showcases

What you’ll bring:

  • Extensive experience in requirement elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into requirements and data specifications for technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation techniques.
  • Ability to converse with technical and non-technical people at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong practical knowledge and experience in digital analytics implementations across web and app technologies.
  • Experience in digital analytics, DMP & CDPs, particularly with tools like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe Audience Manager, and Adobe AdCloud. (desirable)
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing large-scale migration projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
