Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the external agency in building a best-in-class SEO program.
* Manage the website, including content management, page building, performance analysis and improvement, testing and tagging.
* Review and recommend tactics for E-Commerce platforms to drive profitability, increased site visitors, decrease bounce rates, improved conversion rates and increased basket size using paid and organic methods.
* Work with the internal design team and developers to ensure all website innovations and content is implemented to a best-in-case standard.
* Work with internal Insight & Analytics Manager to build out the customer journey to support in determining the SEO and onsite UX roadmap.
* Support on data integration improvements to better understand their customers and generate more personalised and effective marketing campaigns.
Hard Skills & Experience Required:
* Passionate and driven individual, who can demonstrate their enthusiasm for digital, with 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
* University degree in Marketing or Business.
* Demonstrates the importance of innovation by always identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing.
* Knowledge of CMS systems.
* Analytical skills with strong knowledge of Google Analytics.
* Knowledge of Mailchimp backend functionality.
Candidate Profile
* Project Management skills: You will be responsible for handling time-sensitive projects and working towards deadlines, whilst ensuring all stakeholders are delivering.
* Communication skills: You will need to brief and manage communications cross-functionally with external stakeholders to fixed timings. You will need to be able to explain coherently to others, who may not be familiar with the medium, how digital technologies work and what their marketing application is.
* Team Player: You will work alongside a passionate team and have direct contact with several departments plus the owners and founders of the company. You are familiar with working collectively to ensure projects are managed well, on time and in full.
* Good at Prioritising: As with all digital projects, you understand the nature of prioritising and how to continue on with larger-scale projects whist managing day-to-day tasks and requirements.
