We are sourcing a motivated marketing and events coordinator to join a rapidly scaling team with strong growth potential. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years experience in a marketing role who wants to take a step up and have real ownership over their work.

What will you be doing?

• Project manage integrated marketing campaigns from execution through to post campaign analysis.
• Own and run marketing events throughout the year (VIP lunches, conferences, roadshows, and webinars).
• Maintain lead management processes, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, marketing automation, and sales alert.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales to ensure accurate attribution, lead management, and reporting.

Who are you?

• Organised marketing specialist who is able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proactive with a willingness to learn and take ownership over tasks and projects.
• A team player who can also excel working independently.

What will you bring:

• 1-3 years experience in marketing operations, events, or project coordination.
• Proficiency in CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
