As someone passionate about marketing technology and innovation (with the support of your Global Marketing Technology Lead), you will drive martech adoption to scale and optimise your marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integrations, automated workflows, and data-driven decision-making, through cross-functional collaboration and managing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive innovation by fostering a test-and-learn culture, promoting forward-thinking approaches, and exploring new martech capabilities.
  • Optimise vendor relationships, ensuring top performance and maximizing value from marketing technology partners.
  • Enhance measurement and analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine marketing effectiveness and ROI tracking.
  • Improve data integration by working with Engineering and Data Science to optimize data ingestion, audience activation, and personalization through CDP expansion.
  • Align strategic priorities across teams, ensuring a coordinated approach to martech adoption and business objectives.
  • Empower marketing teams through training and enablement sessions, ensuring effective use of martech tools.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM, ad tech, or marketing operations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Deep expertise in martech ecosystems, including CRM platforms, CDPs, analytics, automation, and personalization tools.
  • Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management across global teams.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills, ensuring timely execution of initiatives.
  • A strong communicator and collaborator, capable of translating complex martech concepts into actionable plans.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization, navigating cross-team coordination effectively.
