Digital Media Operations Manager

12month contract, with a genuine view to extend.

An incredibly rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most renowned and popular marketing & creative technology platforms.

You will define and ensure procedures and standards are being measured and correctly & met across media channels and campaigns. Working with key business and media agency contacts you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and help improve current and implement new processes.

Being a newly created role for this particular division, you will be able to lead best practice and set the standard of process, internally and with the engaged agencies.

A snapshot of your day-to-day?

  • Develop, implement, and document processes to ensure the accuracy of campaign executions that deliver against business KPIs
  • Work closely with the division Marketing Operations team to streamline cross-business processes for media budget and Run the Business reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement quality assurance processes for media activity
  • Manage budget processes and reporting including providing summaries of monthly pacing, billing, and reconciliation
  • The main point of contact for media agencies on billing & performance related queries
  • Partner closely with media planning and media activation leads to ensure optimal cross-functional communication
  • Ad operations – local channels, tagging, cGEN
  • Budget planning and operations
  • Finances: Transfers, POs, budget trackers etc
  • Media agency coordination – SOWs, etc

Ideally, you’ll be experienced with:

  • Experienced in a digital planning/buying role, including platform experience across analytics (Adobe Analytics), ad serving (DCM, Flashtalking), DSP (DV360, TTD), and paid social (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest) technologies
  • Understanding of digital media, email marketing, marketing tactics, operational process, and enabling technologies
  • Knowledge of digital marketing campaign tools & analytics platforms ex. Google Ads, Facebook
  • Technology industry experience preferred
  • Highly effective, detail-oriented communicator who has experience working with agency partners
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-starter, independent worker with critical thinking skills – these guys are big, but they still operate in a quick-moving, fast-paced ‘start-up environment.

12month contract, with a day rate of up to $600/day + (circa $140k)
