Paid Media Specialist – Drive Results Through Strategic Advertising

Are you a data-driven Paid Media Specialist with a passion for optimising campaigns and exceeding client expectations?

We are seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on the performance of paid advertising campaigns across social and digital. You will need a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising best practices to ensure all business objectives are met. In this exciting role you will work closely with teams across Social, Strategy, Creative Team and Account Management

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic approach for social media clients and campaigns.
• Respond to always-on and campaign-specific briefs.
• Develop and implement effective media buying strategies.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute SEM and Display campaigns through Google Ads.
• Optimise, and provide data-driven insights on campaign performance using first and third-party tools.
• Provide updates on campaign progress and recommendations for improvement.
• Create comprehensive media plans with strategic objectives aligned with business goals.
• Conduct audience analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide insights on creative performance to optimise social content plans.
• Collaborate with the Creative team to develop engaging and relevant social content.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with social media advertising platforms, particularly Meta.
• Experience with SEM and Display advertising.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns across various clients.
• Experience managing monthly ad spends of at least $40k, with a preference for candidates who have managed portfolios exceeding $100k.
• Strategic and performance-driven mindset, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and social media consumption.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and third-party data platforms.
• Solid understanding of the broader digital landscape.
