Paid Social Specialist

We have partnered with one of Australia’s most prestigious FMCG brands renowned for its exceptional culture and commitment to long-term career growth.

They are a market leader in their space and therefore require a Paid Social Specialist to successfully execute Meta campaigns that drive traffic to their eCommerce website and in-person shopping. You will be well-supported by your manager who wants to empower you to succeed from day one.

What Will This Role Involve

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta primarily.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, adhere to brand guidelines, and follow industry best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Run data-driven experiments to generate insights and shape future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams during creative and strategic discussions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

About You

• 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital performance environment.
• Hands-on experience in Meta.
• Proven ability to drive acquisition metrics
• Bonus if you have experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Sheets, and LookerStudio.
• A growth mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
