Performance Marketing Specialist

Salt Search is partnering with a well-known Australian Company (now ASX listed) that has been established for 100 years and has steadily grown in most regions in Australia.

As an FMCG leader, they require a Paid Media Specialist to manage the successful delivery and execution of social and search. You will be well-supported by your manager who wants to empower you to succeed from day one.

• This is an initial 6-month fixed-term contract with paid leave entitlements and public holidays, a hybrid working model, with the view of the role ideally converting to permanent

What Will This Role Involve

• Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, adhere to brand guidelines, and follow industry best practices.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Run data-driven experiments to generate insights and shape future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams during creative and strategic discussions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

About You

• 2-4 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a digital performance environment.
• Hands-on experience in Meta and Google Ads
• Proven ability to drive B2C acquisition metrics
• Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Sheets, and LookerStudio.
• A growth mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving.
