PR Account Director (B2B)

As a boutique agency, the founder is still heavily involved in the day-to-day of clients needs & requests. This PR Account Director position sits within a boutique PR & Communications firm based in Surry Hills. The team consists of 15+ woman who holds strengths in various aspects of PR, Digital & communications & each and every one of the team complement one another, proving to be the perfect recipe for creating award-winning marketing, PR & communication campaigns for their corporate & B2B list of clients.

If you’ve got 6+years’ experience within an agency, love PR, writing & marketing & are comfortable fronting accounts, executing campaigns & driving the best results, then this one is for you… You’ll be granted will full ownership over key clients while having the support of other Account Directors & Coordinators.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Executing all PR, media liaison, marketing and integrated campaigns (if you’re slightly lacking in any of these areas, it’s the perfect environment to evolve your skills).
• Manage clients’ communications and ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects
• Copywriting and content delivery
• Digital and social media marketing
• Editing & proofing of client reports, media & press releases, etc.
• Contributing to prospected client pitches & briefings
• Junior team mentorship & management.

Who are you?

You’ve already had proven work experience in account management – ideally gained within a busy, client-focused business environment. Full ownership of client’s is a must, direct B2B experience, isn’t a must. New & abstract ideas is what they need! You will be savvy in either digital PR or traditional and have solid skills across a range of marketing disciplines. Experience with Adobe is a plus, and procedural skills, excellent attention to detail and great written and oral communication skills are simply essential. Above all, you will be a driver. You’ll take reigns with the client & drive the effective management & execution of their campaigns.
