Senior Account Manager – Retail

Our client is a leading, innovative, CX agency who work solely for one of the worlds leading tech and e-commerce giants. We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to work closely with the Head of Client Services in the ongoing strategic development, execution, and management of Brand, Retail Experience, and Promotional Campaigns

What will you be doing?

• Responsible for overseeing brand, retail experience and event project management and business.
• Initiate project with client briefing and organise team internally and with suppliers.
• Manage, concept and designs development and present to client.
• Manage project in cost management, planning, concept, design, technical, procurement, production, logistics, and maintenance/operation.
• Manage Team Financials: forecasting, budgeting, invoicing and anything related.
• Liaise with client and account team to establish program requirements and objectives including obtaining briefs for retail, brand and experiential projects.
• Manage all direct reports and resource allocation.
• Manage and maintain strategic overview of account, and proactively advise client on new issues and resolution options.

What will you bring?

• Previous experience in producing retail campaigns, in-store retail experiences and branded channels.
• Experiential project management knowledge within a marketing agency or team.
• Strong marketing planning and execution knowledge
• Strong financial competencies and commercial acumen.
