Senior Marketing Manager

What will you be doing?

• Owning the marketing budget and KPI setting to deliver a positive ROI across marketing initiatives.
• Developing/leading the social media strategy, ensuring content creation is in line with brand direction.
• Building on current and future partnerships across branding and product to drive market awareness.
• Deploying profitable marketing strategies, implementing key growth initiatives, and maintaining market intelligence on industry verticals and competitors.

Who are you?

• You are able to lead a small team, working hands-on to ensure they are achieving their best and building it out as you achieve greater success
• Exceptional communication skills as you will be collaborating with several partners and excellent influencing and negotiation skills in acquiring new clients.
• You are comfortable wearing multiple hats, as you enjoy working cross-collaboratively with other divisions to ensure everyone is working towards joint outcomes.

What will you bring?

• Experience working in the Telco, Finance or Merchant Services industries and/or B2B marketing experience
• Experience in digital marketing, including a deep understanding of different channels and how to move customers through the buying funnel
• You are a true generalist in nature and enjoy being hands-on with tools and platforms, working end-to-end across campaign execution
• You have experience working closely with the product team as working cross-functionally is essential to ensure success in a role like this.
