• Circa $180K package + bonus depending on experience.

We are currently working with one of Australia’s most iconic companies who provide a differentiated value and unique shopping proposition for their customers and are enormous contributors to local communities and the national economy.

In this newly created role, you’ll champion top-tier campaign assets and paid social media campaigns. Leading a dynamic and diverse team of designers, media specialists and traffic teams, you will ensure campaign objectives and brand standards are exceeded while maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities:

• Design Brilliance: Create exceptional designs, ensuring compelling and unified brand assets across diverse media.
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Foster team collaboration and strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and service providers.
• Industry Engagement: Cultivate connections with industry giants like Google and Meta, staying ahead in digital and social media trends.
• Digital Leadership: Guide paid social media strategies, aligning with brand objectives for maximum ROI.
• Governance: Manage workflow processes and the Studio budget meticulously.

Your Profile:

• Proven success leading multi-discipline teams to achieve objectives.
• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or Digital Marketing / Media
• Exceptional project management skills from concept to completion.
• A drive for continuous improvement and innovative content creation.
• Expertise in resource management and budget allocation.
• Outstanding communication skills and remarkable presentation abilities.
