Business Development Manager

With over 11 years of steady growth and a commitment to innovation, this dynamic company is enhancing its value-added services through advanced technology platforms. Currently boasting a team of over 100 staff members, they have established a strong brand in the NSW market, servicing major government and corporate clients.

We are on the lookout for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for professional growth, with the potential to advance into a more senior position based on performance and people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to strategize business growth and forge new relationships within the corporate sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy. (50% Account Manager/ 50% New Business Opportunities)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and areas for potential expansion.
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.

About You:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the commercial services B2B sector (e.g., cleaning, maintenance services, FMCG).
• Strong understanding of government and commercial business dynamics.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for achieving results.
• Excellent networking abilities and outstanding communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying growth opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
