My global client is on the hunt for a subject matter expert in accounting to join their team and provide critical expertise to customers and the internal team throughout the sales process. Alongside your expertise in this realm, you will bring a level of proficiency and understanding of the sales process.

You will be leveraging off a world class software platform used by thousands of customers and will be a valuable member of the sales enablement mission team. Your delivery, communication and motivation will be imperative in maintaining the foundations and structure of this project. Ideally, you will have an interest in sales, the operational process and scaling exciting projects.

The role:

  • Support the sales team and advise the best ways to achieve outcomes and solutions
  • Work alongside the largest network of clients in the industry and build key relationships
  • Collaborate cross functionally and gain exposure amongst the broader team- note that you will ALWAYS have the support and backing of your team and counterparts
  • Utilise information to close organisational gaps that will drive efficiency
  • Implement solutions that will be used widely amongst the organisation and will elevate delivery and performance
  • Create collateral, presentations and proposals that will assist your wider teams to manage project work efficiently

What you will do/ what will you bring?

  • Accounting expertise an absolute must
  • Confident communicator and a passion for customer experience and outcomes
  • Ideally experience across customer success, sales or customer retention based environments
  • Strong computer skills and proficiencies

The expectation is your communication will break down barriers between the sales team and accounting clients. Our unique product will provide value and you will ultimately ensure the effective communication of this to decision makers. Alongside this, you will recognise what is working and what isn’t to continue building better processes.
