Client:

My client is a global digital development agency that creates bespoke digital solutions to address the needs of brands, broadcasters, and governments. Specialising in gamified transmedia digital solutions, games, social media, applications and wearables. A rich history in health, entertainment and innovative tech. This is no ordinary agency!

Salary Package / Benefits:

Salary package on offer depends on candidate and experience – base is circa $150 – $180K + super + bonus/incentives. Salary will increase significantly in the first 12 months pending revenue targets and growth.

The Role:

I am currently seeking an experienced Business Development leader to join this dynamic, innovative and growing agency based in Surry Hills. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will have a proven track record of over-achieving on revenue targets and creating innovative and commercially viable opportunities.

You will own and execute the business development strategy and work with the CEO to identify opportunities and maximize through your consultative approach to long term relationships.

Key to your success will be your exceptional skills for building and maintaining high trust, influential relationships at senior executive levels including C-suite, Director and other key decision makers. In addition, you will maintain a level of curiosity, and thought leadership, and seek to remain at the forefront of industry innovation, educating employees and internal teams alike.

You:

  • Previous experience as a Head of Business Development / Strategy or Growth role in a like Digital Agency.
  • Consistent track record of surpassing revenue targets, demonstrating capability in generating significant business outcomes.
  • Effective communicator skilled in engaging senior stakeholders to establish lasting, consultative client relationships driving sustainable business growth.
  • Visionary leader with a collaborative management approach, dedicated to inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals while prioritising personal and professional growth.
  • Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating seamless collaboration towards common objectives.
  • Proficient in communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills crucial for navigating complex business environments and conducting impactful negotiations.
  • Driven by data enabling effective decision-making and commercial outcomes.
