Customer Success Manager

In a typically non-tech- savvy industry, my client is committed to creating fundamental impact through the implementation of their software platform. With a focus across government, policy and public affairs & non-for-profit clientele, they hope to provide better insight, data tracking and intelligence on complex landscapes within the industry. Adaptation of technology in this area is lacking and this team of outstanding professionals have noticed the opportunity in the market and already secured several household names.

As the team continues to excel, they are now on the lookout for an experienced Customer Success Manager that has an interest in politics, gov and charity organisations. Your tech focused experience will coincide with your passion for the industry focus in government… and you must be excited by a consultative nurtured role. We are looking for a genuine approach!

Responsibilities:

  • An understanding of the political landscape in Australia, public policy and/ or government relations.
  • Create, organise and execute strong demonstrations of the technology to prospective clients and customers
  • Take control of the onboarding process and assist in training new customers
  • Work closely with the sales and executive team
  • Relationship driven work ethic is essential and building a strong network to leverage off for future opportunities and reflection will be an important aspect in this role
  • You must be approachable, devoted and trusted within your role as CSM to ensure your clients get the best from their use of the platform
  • Provide feedback to broader team and influence positive reflection and change within the business
  • Engage in customer support where necessary, always ensuring a high level of service

Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Sales
  • An ideal background with gov relations, working with non for profit or similar
  • A passion for technology and innovation. Bringing a vision to life excites you and working in a cross functional team is your ideal setting!
  • Personable individual with outstanding listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
