Enterprise Sales Lead, ANZ

My client is on the lookout for an Enterprise Sales lead with strong experience in the Tech/ Saas industry. Your motivation and personable nature will make you a stand out within this organisation, so genuine interest is imperative.

This team are in a hyper-growth phase in the ANZ region, but are well established across the globe. You will leverage off the existing success of the company and have a say in their ongoing and continuous growth in this new market. It’s a strategic role and a rewarding one. The successful candidate will be adaptable, approachable and excited to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a clear growth strategy and target a list of great opportunities/companies/ businesses
  • Develop a plan to acquire new business with enterprise level companies (1001-10,000 employees)
  • Understands data and analytics- the customer journey is important to you, and you are well equipped when it comes to pulling numbers to strategize and produce best outcomes
  • You are comfortable in a client facing role and know how to keep your audience engaged- you will be dealing with C-suite level decision makers!
  • Adaptable, quick learner with an ability to obtain important information
  • Love working in a fun, fast paced team environment
  • Self starter! Happy to cold call and send out cold emails while utilising any warm leads that do come across your desk.

What you will bring:

  • Strong network across APAC and based in Aus
  • 5+ years selling in an enterprise level setting across HR/ Tech/ Saas/ Payroll or similar
  • Confidence liaising, reaching out to and building relationships with enterprise level companies and business executives
  • Able to put together a sales pitch and present to customers
  • Proven sales track record
  • Negotiation skills and clear understanding of the sales cycle from start to finish
  • Knows where to look for new business and how to engage potential clients and customers.
