Azure Cloud Engineer – Melbourne CBD
The client
Salt is excited to have partnered with a leading Healthcare organisations based in Melbourne CBD, who is currently seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to join one of their digital teams on an initial 2-3 month contract, which is due to start ASAP.
The Role
As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will be working as part of our Healthcare client’s digital team, where you’ll be involved in a large scale cloud migration project.
Key Skills and Competencies:
The successful Azure Cloud Engineer should have the following skill-set;
- Expertise with Azure cloud-based solutions
- Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Docker containers
- Strong Knowledge of Azure App Services (Web Apps, WebJobs)
- Ability to automate the migration of databases, websites and backend jobs to PaaS components
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery (DR) techniques
- Proficient of Powershell Scripting
- Previous exposure to .NET / C# related technologies
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
