About the role:

In this role, you will provide exceptional support for the company’s ecosystem including all their products and many more! We use variety of tools, work as a team, and partner across the organization to provide real product feedback from our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional support technical support to the various products
  • Technical support for products-based issues via phone, email and chat Achieve expert working knowledge of the products.
  • Customized recommendations and solutions to customers on complex issues in user-friendly ways.
  • Root cause analysis and able to resolve complex technical issues.

Skills:

  • Must be fluent in Japanese & English language skills (proficiency in written and verbal)
  • Effectively communicate with Japanese speaking customers through all offered support channels (phone, chat, and email)
  • Min 2 years of work experience in a technical support and customer facing role
  • Knowledge of, or experience with, troubleshooting desktop operating systems: Microsoft Windows, macOS
  • Zendesk to reply to customer inquiries Basic understanding of programming languages.
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills and can convey complex technical information in user-friendly ways through effective listening and questioning
  • Basic understanding of programming language
  • Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira is highly beneficial

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of technical support experience
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese
  • Proven troubleshooting experience

Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Permanent Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.
