IT Support Analyst

You will report to the IT Service Deliver Manager, based in the UK, and work alongside IT colleagues in Europe and the USA to provide support for Infrastructure, Systems & Services teams. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd support to global colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth technical support for infrastructure and user hardware, remote access, MS Office, MS 365 and manufacturing & production systems to the global teams
• Gather vital information about issues and requests to log, assign and progress tickets, in line with our defined SLAs.
• Manage the resolution of tickets, providing regular updates to our colleagues to manage expectation and tracking progress.
• Identify, implement, document and communicate workarounds or resolutions to known errors.
• Responsible for creating and distributing communications for Major Incidents and planned maintenance to the IT Team and the rest of the organisation.
• Ensure company’s infrastructure is secure from internal and external threats and that these systems are proactively managed & compliant to enable the company to keep Cyber Security certifications.
• Managing the relocation of existing IT infrastructure to new premises, implementation of new or the upgrading of existing IT Infrastructure, Systems and Services across the Group.
• Work as part of a team to complete software upgrades and user hardware refreshes, ensuring our build processes and procedures are followed and continuously improved.

Requirements:

· 2-4 years proven technical experience of MS 365, MS Windows, MS Office, Active Directory, Skype for Business, MS Teams and print management.

· Strong customer service skills

· Good communicator who builds trust with colleagues and business partners

· Logging and management of Service Desk tickets through an ITSM platform
