Your Role:

As our Project Assurance Manager, you’ll be the heart and soul of our internal audit function within the program. Your mission? Ensuring the program complies with all organizational controls and structures. Think of it as your chance to be the Sherlock Holmes of compliance – solving the mysteries of governance, procurement, vendor management, risk processes, and technical delivery!

Your Adventures Will Include:

🔍 PMO Governance Guru: Oversee PMO governance. Keep a watchful eye on documentation management, artifact wrangling, and making sure our deliverables are as visible as a lighthouse on a clear night.

🤝 Procurement Maestro: Dive deep into procurement and vendor oversight. We’re all about outcome-based deliverables, and you’ll be the one ensuring we have all the proof points and documentation to match SOW deliverables with real-life outcomes and evidence.

🌐 Vendor Whisperer: Ensure our vendors are treated like royalty and managed like pros. You’ll be the bridge between us and them, ensuring everyone’s on the same page.

🚧 Risk Management Rockstar: Keep our ship afloat by making sure the risk process is sailing smoothly. Identify potential storms on the horizon and steer us clear of trouble.

🔧 Technical Delivery Dynamo: Ensure our technical delivery is top-notch. Are we getting everything we need from vendor specifications, requirements, and proof of testing? You’re the one making sure all the pieces fit together perfectly.

Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in a related field (experience is your greatest teacher, though!).

🔎 Proven experience in project assurance, internal audit, or a related role.

🤖 Tech-savvy with a knack for diving deep into technical details.

🗣 Excellent communication and negotiation skills to wrangle vendors and navigate tricky situations.

🔑 Problem-solving skills to unlock compliance puzzles.
