This role is with one of the leading IT service providers, providing services in Cloud, Cyber Security, Data Centres, Business Continuity, Hardware Maintenance, Serviced Office and Digital Workplace.

Looking for an Infrastructure Systems Administrator that is proficient across the Microsoft Stack

Responsibilities:

• Implementation, maintenance, enhancement and support of new and existing virtualisation infrastructure, environments, and solutions
• Monitor systems in line with pre-defined operational controls, processes and requirements

• Provide Level 2 support as required.
• Manage the installation and deployment of new virtualisation software and technologies to ensure resources are available for business users.
• Carry out work in line with existing service delivery (ITIL) processes

• Supports the coordination of the processing environment and software distribution, upgrades and maintenance of servers

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in system administration, Paas
• Experience in Windows network administration

• Experience supporting / installing with a detailed and demonstrated knowledge of VMware vSphere, VCD, NSX;
• Strong understanding of DR technologies such as Zerto, SRM
• Experience supporting Microsoft Server O/S and Hyper-V Experience in cloud system/Azure deployment and management

• Experience with Linux system administration
