What You’ll Bring:

• Data Analysis Expertise: 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on sales performance optimization.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and BI tools like Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management, project management, and data storytelling skills. Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Leverage data from various sources to deliver insightful reports and dashboards to sales leaders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to define and execute key analytics initiatives.
