Senior Product Analyst

The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of projects across Customer Operations, Marketing, Product, Media, and Risk & Trading, with a focus on achieving greater efficiency and innovative solutions to business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transform data into meaningful, actionable insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making and drive business performance.
• Analyze real-time online customer behavioral data (Google Analytics) to understand user experience and improve customer economics.
• Identify business opportunities by harnessing cross-functional data (web/social, CRM, transactional, financial, etc.) to enhance decision-making and drive performance.
• Provide insights that influence decision-makers within the business.
• Communicate complex analyses and concepts to key stakeholders through compelling ‘data stories’ that engage the wider business.
• Manage end-to-end analytical projects, developing deep, customer-based insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Apply complex techniques appropriately, demonstrating a deep understanding of analytical methods.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align efforts and outcomes with business objectives.
• Adapt to new situations, support and drive change within the organization.
• Proactively identify areas for analysis, optimization, and experimentation.
• Mentor and support the development of insight analysts.
• Develop new metrics and tools to provide actionable strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Over five years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in web analytics, preferably Google Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboard design.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
• Strong logical reasoning and ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Expertise in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
• Experience with large datasets and data manipulation.
• Proactive in exploring new data sources to improve understanding of customers and products.
