Technical Customer Support Specialist (Salesforce) .
This is a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our client. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the salesforce configuration as well as being able to understand and communicate the full product suite of our client to customers and how they will assist with their business needs.
Responsibilities include demonstrating our clients products, gathering requirements, product configuration, technical support, troubleshooting and maintaining accurate account information.
This position is based in APAC. Occasional travel is required for participation in industry events.
The Support Specialist is expected to be professional, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented and able to define and provide a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of world-class technical services.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· Experience as a Salesforce super user or administrator is required – SFDC certification is a plus
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships via phone
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer needs and frustrations
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving expertise
- Experience in a customer service or support role.
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office Suite of Products.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics with users at all levels of technical expertise
- Ability to effectively prioritise and escalate customer issues
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment and customer requirements
· Ability to work remotely, but still be an active and contributing member to the global team
· Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) a plus
- Understanding or fluency in additional languages a plus
