  • 12 month contract opportunity- possibility of extension/conversion to perm
  • Offering: $448/day including super
  • Location: Sydney CBD- hybrid work model

Please Note: Due to the nature of the role, Candidates Must be based in Sydney and must be Permanent Residents or Citizens to be considered for this role.

Candidates must also possess excellent written and verbal Korean and English communication skills as this role will be supporting Korean customers.

What you’ll be doing?

  • In this customer-facing role, you’ll be supporting Korean language customers and resolving any technical issues they may have relating to this company’s software products
  • Writing and debugging Javascript code
  • Following support best practices and contributing to documentation
  • Working with relational databases
  • Demonstrating a professional approach to problem solving and providing technical solutions for customers
  • Communicating with customers and also internal stakeholders
  • Being the voice of the customer – relaying customer feedback to internal support / product teams

What you’ll bring?

  • A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL, or CMDB
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL knowledge
  • Understanding of remote administration via SSH, SNMP, WMI, Powershell
  • 2+ years customer facing technical support experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to read and troubleshoot basic JavaScript code
  • Ability to explain solutions to complex technical problems
  • Personal commitment to quality and customer service
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Korean
