Salt is excited to have partnered with a leading SaaS organisation, delivering cutting-edge solutions to the energy and renewables sector on a global scale. We’re currently seeking a VP of Client Delivery to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis in Melbourne.

They are currently going through an exciting period of growth as they look to revolutionise the Energy Sector. With a focus on innovation, they are committed to driving positive change within the energy sector by building sustainable and affordable solutions, supporting the transition to renewable energy.

They are based in Melbourne’s CBD and have a flexible hybrid working policy.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position and as the VP of Client Delivery, you’ll manage the implementation of a multi-million-dollar transformation project for one of Australia’s leading Energy organisations. Your role will be responsible overseeing the entire delivery cycle, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving the successful implementation of complex solutions.

Key Skills and Competencies

The successful VP of Client Delivery should have the following skill set:

• A proven track record in delivering large-scale implementations
• Demonstrable experience in successfully delivering full life-cycle technology transformation projects
• Extensive experience in leading and managing teams and vendors across multiple markets
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to ensure project delivery
• The ability to build strong client relationships and experience in managing client relationships including Executives and C-Suite
• A strong technical background and knowledge of cloud-based technologies and micro services architectures
• Experience with modern Agile project management frameworks and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in the Energy / Utilities sector or within a highly regulated environment
