Senior UI/UX Designer
Creative
Our client, a start-up in the VR space, is looking for a talented Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team in Toronto.
Responsibilities:
* Own the end-to-end design
* Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering from concept to completion
* Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality
* Influence strategic priorities by building a strong business case for design
* Lead user research and user testing initiatives
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
* Experience working in a technical environment
* A portfolio of work that demonstrates a breadth of user experience, interaction and visual design skills
* Demonstrated ability to lead design for 0-1 products
* Must have some experience VR or 3D prototyping experience
* Proven track record with technical aptitude
* Nice to have: Some form of Social VR, worked on a project that resembles a 2-side marketplace
Preferred location Toronto, but open to remote anywhere across Canada.
