UX/UI Designer – Calgary

They are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with Figma experience to join their team in Calgary – hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have problem solving and critical thinking skills, is a self-starter, motivated and organized and has active listening and great communication skills.

* Experience in interaction and interface design for enterprise software.
* Delivering business value through design (ability to quantify).
* Responsive design experience (desktop and tablet versions).
* Improving accessibility experience(typography and keyboard navigability).
* Experience in creating and maintaining design system & standards.
* Experience building and managing mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate design to users, business, developers and other stakeholders.
* Experience in validating designs – usability heuristics and standards, conduct usability testing.
* Experience in working in an Agile environment (Scrum).
* Working with the business and users to understand goals.
* Performing Contextual / Ethnographic Interviews.
* Work with BA to decompose designs into stories.
* Work with QA to define and apply UX defect severity standards.
* Experience in using Figma.
* Experience in writing help texts (nice to have).
