Affiliate marketing manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. This role involves managing and growing our affiliate marketing program to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to meet company goals.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
* Maintain relationships with existing affiliates, providing support and resources to optimize performance.
* Monitor and analyze affiliate performance data, providing reports and insights to improve campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing alignment and consistent messaging.
* Manage affiliate budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within financial targets.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitive practices in affiliate marketing.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in affiliate marketing or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Impact, CJ, or ShareASale).
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple affiliate partnerships simultaneously.
* Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO is a plus.
