Creative Marketing Strategist
Location: Canada (Remote – PST hours)

Their proprietary technologies leverage AI, machine learning, and big data to revolutionize content strategy and distribution.
They are seeking a Creative Marketing Strategist to develop and execute high-impact organic campaigns that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and make a lasting impression. This role blends creativity with strategy, requiring a dynamic thinker who can craft compelling narratives and deliver innovative marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution
* Lead ideation and execution of creative marketing campaigns that capture attention and drive organic growth.
* Research and experiment with emerging content trends to create impactful and engaging brand initiatives.
* Develop comprehensive campaign frameworks, including content themes, distribution strategies, and engagement tactics.
* Ensure messaging resonates with diverse audience segments by leveraging data and insights.
Brand Storytelling & Content Strategy
* Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks that unify content marketing, PR, and experiential activations.
* Develop storytelling strategies that connect emotionally with audiences while reinforcing brand positioning.
* Oversee the production of high-quality multimedia content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
* Collaborate with design, video, and PR teams to align creative assets with campaign objectives.
Organic Growth & Community Engagement
* Build and execute organic campaigns that drive audience engagement without heavy reliance on paid media.
* Utilize social media, content marketing, earned media, and creator collaborations to amplify reach.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and strategic recommendations for optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Act as a creative lead, working closely with product, PR, and design teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
* Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing concepts that support company goals.
* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder approvals to ensure seamless execution.
Experience & Expertise:
* 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on creative campaign development and brand storytelling.
* Proven success in launching innovative, high-impact marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
* A portfolio showcasing diverse marketing initiatives and strong storytelling capabilities.
Skills & Qualities:
* Exceptional storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
* Expertise in integrating PR, content marketing, events, and digital experiences into cohesive brand campaigns.
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
