Digital Marketing Strategist
Location: Canada (Remote – PST hours)

Our client is a global leader in the digital content and creator economy, empowering media companies, brands, and creators to expand their audiences and drive revenue through cutting-edge AI-powered marketing solutions. Their technology-driven approach leverages generative AI, machine learning, and big data to optimize content distribution and audience engagement.
They are looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the launch and growth of an innovative AI-powered product. This role is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong analytical mindset, who can develop high-impact digital strategies and execute campaigns that drive measurable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Growth & Campaign Execution
* Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid media, social, email, and web optimization.
* Conduct audience research to refine targeting, segmentation, and messaging for maximum engagement.
* Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing digital assets, including ad copy, landing pages, and visual content.
* Manage end-to-end digital campaigns, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
* Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CAC, CPA, ROAS) using analytics tools like Google Tag Manager and social ad dashboards.
* Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
* Use A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize campaign elements and user experiences.
Budget & Resource Management
* Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and ROI optimization.
* Work closely with leadership to forecast spend, adjust strategies based on performance insights, and provide comprehensive reporting.
Collaboration & Industry Expertise
* Partner with creative and brand marketing teams to align digital efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to ensure competitive advantage.
* Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors for seamless campaign execution.
What They are Looking or:
Experience & Expertise
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance-driven campaigns.
* Proven track record in growing digital platforms through strategic marketing initiatives and optimization.
* Proficiency in marketing analytics, reporting tools, and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM software.
Skills & Qualities
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
* Hands-on experience with campaign management, audience segmentation, and marketing automation tools.
* Ability to manage budgets effectively and optimize digital spend for maximum ROI.
* Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
