Credit Controller

I’m partnered with a leading global technology provider who has a wide portfolio of products, solutions and services. My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join the team and support a range of critical tasks aimed at managing overdue accounts and ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification and monitoring of accounts with outstanding payments.
• Engaging with customers through phone, email, and mail to facilitate payment collection.
• Diligent investigation of customer disputes and billing discrepancies.
• Skillful negotiation of payment plans and settlements.
• Maintaining and updating customer account records.
• Preparation and submission of reports on collection activities and outcomes.
• Strict adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.

Desired Qualities:

• Proactive and innovative mindset.
• A team player with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, both locally and within the GSC.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel is essential.
• A customer service and sales-oriented approach.
• Possession of a Finance qualification or active pursuit of one is preferred.
