Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the monthly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely submissions from Group subsidiaries.
Support the preparation of consolidated financial results for review by senior finance leadership.
Help ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies.
Assist in managing key accounting projects, such as:
Accounting for multicurrency transactions, leases, and intra-group transactions.
Supporting M&A transactions and integration of acquired entities.
Maintaining and improving the OneStream consolidation system.
Various ad-hoc finance projects as needed.
Support the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements and assist subsidiaries with audits and local accounts preparation.
Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
