Responsibilities:
· Regularly updating information on market opportunities and identifying potential areas for additional projects
· Supervision/managing tax consulting projects to large UAE and multinational groups of companies in different industries
· Preparation of the proposals, engagement letters, reports and other deliverables
· Managing work of junior staff on tax and legal projects and mentoring them
· Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with client management as part of the engagements
· Monitoring of changes in tax legislation, key legal decisions in tax matters and clarifications from the tax authorities
· Active participation in marketing events
