The Role: You will play a key role in managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include: * Handling a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. * Conducting title checks, reviewing legal documentation, and preparing contracts and completion statements. * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process. * Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of property law and conveyancing procedures.
