- Leading the continued development and evolution of culture and change. Management of discipline across all initiatives; driving accountability to ensure projects leverage consistent change tools and methodologies.
- Establishing and maintaining metrics to enable continuous improvement of the recruitment program(s) and overall culture. Managing the performance of the incoming cohorts of graduates and tech associates during the onboarding and training phases.
